All Memorie books are printed and bound by a local partner studio. We chose them for their colour accuracy and durable binding that holds up after years of flipping.
Production takes 3–4 working days. Courier delivery is 2–3 working days to major centres and 3–5 to outlying areas. So most orders land in 5–7 working days from checkout.
Yes — the editor supports full Unicode. We're rolling out a fully translated interface in Afrikaans and isiZulu after launch.
Payments are handled securely by PayFast — debit and credit cards plus instant EFT.
We don't hold on to your images. Your photos are used only to build your book — once it's created they're deleted automatically, and the finished print file is permanently deleted about 7 days after your order is fulfilled. We're POPIA compliant and never keep anything longer than it's needed.
